Support services for project management activities, administrative and financial assistance for periodic and final reporting and coordination of activities for the Interreg Italy-Austria project ‘SUSMAT – Promotion of local enterprises through the renovation of mountain buildings with sustainable technologies’.
The project promotes sustainable development in the construction and renovation sector, with a focus on sustainable building materials and low-energy solutions. It also contributes to important strategies such as the Renovation Wave and the European Union’s Green Deal. The project involves the development and implementation of model renovation projects based on three unused historic buildings owned by the respective municipalities: the Gretlhäusl in Filzmoos, the Mesnerhaus in Anras, and the Mesnerstadel in Meltina. The main objectives are to promote the circular economy, provide training and raise awareness in the building sector, and strengthen cross-border and interregional cooperation.
The lead partner is EURAC; the other project partners are Confartigianato Servizi Belluno Srl, Comune di Meltina (BZ), Vivius – Cluster d’imprese (BZ), Associazione Plattform Land (BZ), Regione del Veneto, Comune di Anras (Tirolo), Comune di Filzmoos (Salisburgo), Istituto di Pianificazione di Salisburgo.
